  • What services does Vision offer?
    Vision currently offers creative services including but not limited to photography, videography, fashion styling, makeup artistry, hair styling, modeling, music, dance, acting, and more.
  • What types of creators can I book using Vision?

    The types of projects that can be created using Vision are Weddings, Ad Campaigns, Commercials, Stage/Theater productions, Music Videos, Engagements, Elopements, Fashion Shows, Social Media Content, YouTube videos, Sponsored social media posts, Movies, TV Shows, Editorials, Product Launches, and many more!
  • Can I list multiple services on Vision?
    Yes! We welcome you to list as many services as you would like. We want to create a community where all creative skills are welcome and appreciated.
  • What if you don't currently offer a service I'm looking for?
    Please let us know! Reach out to a member of our team using the email address vision@vision-creatives.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request. We are constantly working on growing our community.
  • How do I list my services?
    Please go to our About page and select "Apply to be a Creator" in the bottom-right hand corner to complete the application request form or reach out to a member of our team using the email address vision@vision-creatives.com We can't wait to meet you and learn more about your art!
  • How do I book a service?
    You can book a service by selecting the "Get Started" button on our homepage and schedule a call with our concierge. We always love to help brainstorm project ideas and can provide reccomendations to fit your needs!
  • What is the concierge?
    Our concierge team handles all booking requests and oversees the booking process from end-to-end for a seamless client and creator experience. Our concierge team is also available to assist in the project ideation process and we can provide tailored reccomendations based on your needs.
  • What is the booking process like?
    Once a client requests to book a creative service, our concierge will coordinate the booking and scheduling with both the creator and the client, 50% of the payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation, the booking will occur and the service will take place, and then upon confirmation of the booking occurring and deliverables being sent (if applicable) the rest of the payment will be collected and the creative will be paid.
  • Is Vision free to use?
    At Vision, listing creative services and browsing is completely free of charge. The only time we make any money is when a creator is matched with a client and a booking occurs. For the platform facilitation service that we provide, we take a commission of 5% from the creator side and charge a 5% service fee on the client side, per project booking.
  • How does payment work?
    Once a client requests to book a creative service, our concierge will coordinate the booking and scheduling with both the creator and the client, 50% of the payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation, the booking will occur and the service will take place, and then upon confirmation of the booking occurring and deliverables being sent (if applicable) the rest of the payment will be collected and the creative will be paid. Vision will charge a 5% additional service fee to the client and take 5% of the total paid to the creative.
  • What is the service fee?
    To keep Vision running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, and booking facilitation.
  • When do I pay?

  • How do creators get paid?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that life happens and schedules change. Out of respect and protection of time and materials, we require that you cancel your service 48 hours or more in advance to receive a full refund. Canceling within 48 hours of your service being performed will result in a fee equal to 50% of the cost of your service. To reschedule a service, we ask that you do so 24 hours or more in advance of the service being performed to avoid a 15% inconvenience charge. If you reschedule within 24 hours of the service being performed, you will be charged a 15% inconvenience fee. Rescheduling and then canceling a service will result in a fee equal to 50% of the cost of your service.
